Business Banking FICA
Trying to sort out FICA for my business account. Am on my fifth call trying to explain to the worst AI interface that I need help with FICA> Does not compute. Emailed private banker. They call. I explain I keep getting cut off and they transfer me anyway and guess what...I get cut off. They send me an email asking me to call business banking. I mean come on.

23 Sept 2021, 14:36Literally on my 12th call with the same solutions being offered every time. My business bank account is frozen and they couldn't care less. DISGUSTING! I've been with FNB for +-20 years and they have made tons of money from me, yet can't get assistance.
