BUSINESS BANKING

On 31 May I had Iteam Paid no funds R155 for a transaction done on the 30 May. On the 13 June I had another transaction done on the 12 also another 155. Now on the 18 July another one deducted for a transaction of the 16 July as well as one for 19 for transaction of 17.

I deposit cash at shoprite then do my payments. These payments are reserved. If a payment is already deducted and reserved. What Is business banking honoring because when those payments were done it showed I had cash. Eg the payment on the 17 July that's SAB payment. I paid SAB now the business I honoring my payment to SAB. How so when I had deposited the funds as well as if the payment was reserved what was it reserving if I had no funds to do a payment. While working hard to pay things the bank still goes and takes the little that I have. Today I made payments and deposits. If I take out the 470 left in my account. I will be charged 155 for honoring payments which i deposited the funds for. While those payments are already reserved that's why I have that balance. Yet if I use my balance the bank will say I did not hv funds to pay that's why they are honoring. Business banking please humbly return my R155 x 4. Please stop deducting funds from my account unnecessarily.
