BUSINESS BANKING CALL CENTRE HAS NO CLUE

Trying to UNBLOCK my business cheque card. Does not allow online Called FNB business direct and still nothing!!!!! Was sent from pillar to post to try and activate my card!!!!! Online secure could not do it Business banking could not do it Internet banking could not do it!
