Business banking account placed on hold

In May 2015 I was notified of outstanding documentation for FICA purposes. I contacted the relevant department and submitted the documents requested on 13 May 2015. When I tried to do banking transactions at the end of June I could not access my one account. On enquiry I was told the account was put on hold due to missing documentation. After spending literally holding on for an half an hour at a time to get through to the relevant department (Please try and contact any one on *** which deals with these queries - Good luck!) I managed to get hold of an agent which then put me in contact with the person dealing with the documents. I was then told there were additional documents outstanding. I submitted these documents. Again they confirmed receipt. The person then told me the issue will be rectified on 2 July. - It was not rectified. I lodged a complaint on the FNB main site - No contact of feedback. I mail the person responsible for the documentation requesting to escalate the matter - no response. All you get is automated responses. In this whole matter there is no communication and no interest in their customers. It is an example of POOR customer service & communication.
