Business banking a joke

Worst worst bank EVER!!! Business to business payment is still not reflecting after 24 hours! Your customer call centre kept me on the phone for 40 min and still no resolution!!! I've spent four hours at a branch to open a business account!!! Pathetic!! I will gladly spend another four hours to close the account. So many people are complaining about FnB!!! Never again! I'm so done with FnB!!
