Business banking...30 minutes and still no help

I waited for 30 minutes for a business banker but apparently just 1 person works in this department and she was busy. I expected business banking to take precedence over personal banking. There I am standing for such a long period with a heavy bag of money and nobody even offers any assistance or an update on what's taking so long
