BUSINESS BANKER SHOCKING

I WANT a new BUSINESS banker. Ive veen trying for 4 years to get a new BUSINESS banker!!! I've asked for 4 YEARS for the business bankers manager to call me URGENTLY and to this date not even a SINGLE EMAIL!!!!!!!!! I've even asked to LEAVE business banking and ive had ZERO assistance. How can I be paying for this and I want OUT!!!! For years!!!!!!! - read this clearly- I WANT A NEW BUSINESS BANKER OR I WANT OUT OF BUSINESS BANKING. I'm leaving to standard bank after covid but need to finalize things with a freaking BANKER that replies and works!!!!!!°°°
