Business bank card

I opened a business account on the 16/11/2020 and I was told I’d get my bank card within 5 days. I missed a call from take a lot and returned it when I was told whoever called would call me again. Till this day I haven’t received my bank card, I can’t do anything, I don’t know if the money I’m depositing on the account is even reflecting. This is *********. I need my bank card today or I’m closing the account.
