BUSINESS ACTIVITIES NOT RESTRICTED_A|_

Being a client of FNB I'm very disappointed that they fail to grant me a home loan for my newly formed company which I am surety for, for the simple reason(NOT AFFORDIBILITY) that the Principal business is set to 'BUSINESS ACTIVITIES NOT RESTRICTED', which after checking with CIPC offices, is the norm when forming a new business. In saying that, ABSA is prepared to grant me the required loan with the above clause as is. Not forgetting that I do not have any association with ABSA. I need an explanation as to why this is such, and would like to bring to FNB attention that this will have repercussions to them as I plan on developing this property and selling off... and my preferred bank for my purchasers loans will be the bank that I was granted a loan from .
Also the documents for the change that is necessary has been submitted to CIPC, can the loan be granted on condition that this is changed ?
We do prefer going with FNB ..
WHY IS FNB BEING SO DIFFICULT
