I’m a business client with FNB. I have about 3 functional accounts or more. On the 19th I asked them to open 3 more business accounts for me. The requested for KYC docs. I sent the KYC docs, Ive been waiting since for my accounts to be active, I cant transact with my new clients right now. When I called today they say my docs were received yesterday and they are still processing them, I must wait another 3 days. WHY MUST I WAIT ANOTHER 3 DAYS? With whose time? I advised that if my bank accounts are not activated today I’m just gonna switch banks for better service. FNB may have great business offers but their service is disgusting. Which business man do you know waits for 10days to open a bank account? Are you ****en serious?

This is the only thing they are good at currently, they are very good at responding. Just activate my damn accounts or cancel and help me switch banks with ease.
