Business Account without support

<p>I transferred my Business account from Standard bank due to all the adverts about FNB helping and seeming to be ahead of the trend in banking.</p> <p>I am sorely dissapointed in them, i have had my business account with them for 11 months and have been trying to get an overdraught facility with them for 4 months. 10 days ago i was told that my Business Banker would be in touch with me and i am still waiting for that call. I have had a R1.9M turnover through my account but cannot get an overdraught for R80k. </p> <p>Worst of all is that when opening the account i was told it would take 6 months before i could get an overdraught because of it being a new account. </p> <p>FNB ARE *****, they will say anything they can to get you to move your account, once you have gone to the trouble of moving your account they then dont care about you or your business, you are just a number to them.</p>
