Business account put \oh hold\" for no reason"

About 2 weeks ago I received an SMS stating that my business account (KHESANGO HOLDINGS) has been inactive for over 4 months and will be placed \on hold\", I ignored it since I knew I was compliant then another SMS came through a few days ago. <br> The account was opened at the Mall@Reds branch about TWO MONTHS AGO and all required documents were submitted.<br> I then called FNB to enquire about the texts and the consultant I spoke to couldn't pick up any problems and couldn't tell me why I received those messages. <br> Today I'm trying to transact to pay people my card declined, PLUS I can't even access my online banking. Call centre is still not helpful
