Business account profile handling

This bank is really making business banking or having an account with them a horrible experience. The assigned business banker is hardly available to their clients, they are unconsidered, they are not for they clients, they look at options to discredit their clients. They failing to understand the nature of business of an NPC, they close account profile at will and hand over their client with no care what so ever. The best response you get from their agents is the is nothing we can do about that. I have never seen such lack of professionalism. The is no innovation what so ever, as they themselves cannot make the system work for them
