Business account placed on hold

I hve two business cards with fnb,one they decided to put on hold last week Thursday and claiming yo run investigation due to the money that was received in the new account, ok I understood and I only found out when I visited the branch, I was promised the matter will be solved, by the way I did submit all the relevant information that they needed,my biggest problem is I don't receive any feedback from them even a simple email to update me.today is Thursday again mark 6 days without a account that is not working and is not just an account but business account. I am frustrated because I have to pay employees and some loans and all that....or maybe after this matter I have to cancel the account
