Business Account Opening nighmare

What a very disappointing service: I opened a Business Account online with FNB and sent the required document(COR14.3) as per the request and was notified to collect my card at Lakeside Mall, when I saw one of their consultant I specifically asked if the account was active and she informed me that it was as I was expecting funds quiet urgently for the operation of the business, to my surprise and disappointment the account was inactive and unable to be credited with the funds which means my business had to be disrupted. I then spoke to the business desk via FNB’s App chat where I was told that my documents are still outstanding, to add to this they now requested an ID and Proof of Address which was never mentioned in the first request.

I sent all the documents as per Nthabiseng on the Chat in spite of the fact that I had sent the requested COR14.3 before. Nthabiseng offered to escalate the issue(which I doubt if that process works because it’s day 3 and this matter is still unresolved).

Today I went on the chat again spoke to Taryn who informs me that the documents were received and being verified and she will also escalate (the same escalation that Nthabiseng did...but why am I subjected to the 3 days timeframe as per the automatic reply when I started this process almost 2 weeks ago... ?????

How is it that FNB does not communicate effectively (2 separate types of documents requested, first COR14.3 only then ID, Prod of Address and COR14.3). Why the is no synergy between branch and online account opening for one to be assisted with a seamless account opening? How is it a consultant when asked if the account is active they answer “Yes” while it is clearly not????

Can this account be active urgently because I need to use it for the business operations. If not let me go to another bank that values my business.
