Business account opening

I hope you can assist me with this as I am very frustrated now. My accountant opened a business account for me last month online. I went to the branch to collect the card and submitted FICA documents to collect it. The account has been frozen since when I call to enquire they say I must send FICA documents. I have since sent FICA documents but no response. I really need to use this account. PLEASE help me. I have already called the business line a few times.
