Business account opening delays.

I have been trying to open an FNB business account for the past month. i am finally fed up with the service received. I been contacting them almost everyday to find what the delay is initially it was documents that i needed to submit which i had to call them to find out about. Once the documents were sent i been calling them for the past 2 weeks and the reply is the same \the documents are fine they are going to get a banker to call and validate my account". i still have not received a call from this so called banker its going for 3 weeks .
