Business account on hold

My business account has been put on hold for a over a month. I've been sent from pillar to post, made several calls to get assistance. Nothing is happening. I can't fulfill my financial obligations and run my business. I would NEVER recommend this bank ever. As soon as this is sorted out in closing my account here.
