Business Account No Help No Managers

Please refer to my previous review https://www.hellopeter.com/first-national-bank/reviews/false-information-no-help-disappearing-documents-***

I am still experiencing problems with my Business Credit Card and have been told by the eBucks Department that it is not a "Qualifying card" despite being a fully valid FNB Gold Business Credit Card. To get that little bit of information from the eBucks Department took 11 days. Yet they are unable to provide me with a reason as to why it is not a qualifying card.

Once again I have been put through from person to person and department to department and cannot find anyone to assist me with this and with my business account. I was told to contact Business Manager Helen Sako at FNB Menlyn - but once again (as in Ausgust this year) she is absent and gone - not sure when she will be back. I asked to be provided with a nother Business Manager who can properly assist me - but FNB could not provide anyone apart from giving me an email address for someone that is supposed to be the area manager.

I will keep posting my progress here, which as people can see clearly is not good at all.

I have just been given another email address by Ismail from Menlyn Park FNB - Pelo Mafata ***, whom they now say is the Area Manager - even though I was given a different Area Manager address earlier this morning (Marlene Oflaherty) (***). So I have sent another email, will see if I get any response.

Message in my mail box: Your message wasn't delivered to *** because the address couldn't be found, or is unable to receive mail. Is Pelo Mafata an actual area manager and how can this person be contacted? Or is FNB giving false information to customers?

Still no response but please note my initial case was logged with FNB eBucks on 11 October 2019 - case No ***. I would like to know: 1. Where are the rules that define "Qualifying Cards" for eBucks? 2. Why is it advertised by FNB that a Gold Credit Card can earn eBucks - yet mine has been rejected (my spend and limits are more than high anough too). 3. Why no one has been able to contact and explain to me since 11 Ocotber.

It is now 30 October (my initial complaint started on 11 October.) I have received twqo phone calls from the Business Manager Pelo Mafata - she ssured me that everything will be sorted out and my credit card linked to eBucks and also past eBucks that they owe me paid. However I am still waiting for anything concrete to happen. Will keep this updated as usual.
