Business account manager missing in action

I have a business and private account with fnb. In all my time that my business had this account, not ONCE did my business manager called me. Not once were i told who this person is. it seems that you have a group of people that act as business managers. So if you want to speak to one you need to go to a branch. So i went to the lifestyle branch in centurion. I requested to speak to a business manager and was told that this person is only there on certain days. she is not in today. i need to come back the next day Now that im buying another car for my business, i wanted to make contact with my business manager. I even asked my private banker to contact this person, and to ask this person to get in contact with me. NOTHING.

FNB, your customer service SUCKS!!!. This is the second complaint in 1 week that i have.

I would like to lay a complaint against this business manager for failing to do his/her work. and then please fire this person. Get a person that want to provide customer service. Maybe i expected to much from FNB.

i have siged a offer to purchase for this car. , another bank offered me a good rate on this deal on this car. AND I AM NOT EVEN A CLIENT OF THEM
