Business Account - LUCY DIBETLA Terrible customer service

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received from LUCY DIBETLA from business accounts. Unfortunately, the service I experienced was unacceptable. As a customer, I expected a higher standard of professionalism and assistance. As a private banker for a business account she has never resolved anything we requested.
