I opened a business account via telephone and sent all the required documents days later I received an SMS tht the account has been cancelled due to outstanding docs.Iwent to the branch to ffollow up and a consultant Edna did the application and submitted all docs.Tuesday I receive a call from her telling me dat she's been advised the proof of address has expired.Ispoke to vValerie sales manager who couldn'tassist me she said iI shud wait for Edna to come back tomorrow as she's the only person who can assist me.this is frustratingcconsidering I'm an fnb card holder now I cnt get my business account.no one is willing to assist me.I spoke to supervisor Shanon who ttransferred my call to another divisions. It'sactually a ping pong.
