Business Account Holding Back deposits

I had an issue where someone deposited a cheque into my business account and reversed it thereafter. Since yesterday, i have been running up and down to the back for them to sort this issue out as they told me the person in Bloemfontein needs to uplift it so that my account can be sorted as there have been deposits from clients that have been going into the account since last week after the cheque was reversed but all those amounts have been taken from my account and now its put my business account in the minus status, Please can someone sort this out asap as i am losing business and its holding me back from paying my bills, Main Street Branch is very useless, after sitting there for over an hour without being assisted, i was finally assisted by a consultant who stated that they instructed the people in Bloemfontein to uplift this reversal thing.... I do not understand why i am the one paying for the cheque reversal when it was not coming from me??? Who will reimburse those funds that was taken from my account as i have to pay employee salaries and other debts!!! Please sort this by close of business today!!

Thanks for the response but i guess this has not been resolved.
Further to this complaint, just last week i had to run around to try get anothe issue on my Business Account resolved in which i had no such help. It annoys and pains me that i as a self-employed person have to run around trying to sort out issues that is not my fault with a bank that cannot help me on both occasions when i have complaints, i am not just sitting around doing nothing, i have suppliers i have to pay and clients i have to see daily but when the bank does such to business clients, it is heartsore, i dont blame people for banking out the country for the same reasons... FNB is not conducting business in a good manner at all or maybe its the staff that are not well trained. Last week my secretary made two deposits one which was for R31,110.00 and the other R30,960.00 into my business account which is supposed to be paid to one of my suppliers for my clients course submissions and since i didnt want this money to be touched, i transferred it into my savings account which is linked to both my business and personal account.
After an hour, i got a text message that R30,960.00 had been reversed by the bank besides those amounts being deposited in cash. Now my account sits in huge excess and every deposit made by clients into my business account is being taken from my business account for an error that was made by the bank i suppose... At the end of the day it is my money and in which my employee deposited... WHY IS THE BANK EATING MONEY THAT DOES NOT BELONG TO THEM????
As i am complaining i had R3500 deposited into my business account which was supposed to be payment for my car in which the bank has taken it all....
Can someone explain to me very clearly as to what i have to do to stop this nonsense from FNB as the staff are no help at all??? Otherwise i rather close the account and move to another bank that cares for the wellbeing of my account and bothers to answer my complaints and rectifies the situation instead of apologizing but doing nothing about the issues i raise!!!!
