Business account hard hold

<p>I have a hard on my account ,although all my documents are valid,i have to pay employees and cant with this hard hold,i called in yesterday and was given the run aroound with no answer,at this point im fed up,i need to pay people.I just want to cancel my account and get the funds out,so i can pay people.</p>
