Business Account Handed over to SDk Attorneys

I opened a business account because Nyda request it, The business is not active as yet because I'm still waiting on the Agency.

So why is my account billed R228 and handed over to SDK Attorneys I'm not working and can not afford to pay that,I'm so confused where does that 228 come from.
