Business Account Frozen over Two Months

I have been struggling since 17 Jan 2020 to get FNB to release funds from my business account which they froze without notice. My small business bought premises from which they operate and SARS processed a VAT refund to our business as we are VAT registered. Once SARS deposited the funds into our FNB account, FNB froze our account. The account has been frozen since 17 Jan 2020 and we cannot access the funds. The call centre has not been useful at all, to say the least, in resolving this issue. SARS has cleared these funds on their side and even provided proof that the funds come from them. FNB says these kind of cases are being dealt with by the "internal SARS ***** investigators", but unfortunately I am not allowed to call them or write to them. We have tried continuously to engage the FNB Internal SARS Investigators to no avail. According to what we have been told we are not allowed to engage directly with this department either by phone or email. We leave messages with the call centres and are assured that they will get back to us but there has been no communication whatsoever. This has been going on for almost 2 months now and we are at the mercy of the bank, the company needs these funds released as we have a business to run with commitments. FNB is in essence closing another small business and contribute to the unemployment problem we have in the country! I am not impressed by FNB as an organisation because of the following: -they way they handled my matter -they are insensitive and treat clients as statistics -arrogance of their call centre agents I am literally at their mercy as they have our funds and hopefully they decide to release them on time when their investigators are available.
