Business account frozen for over 3 weeks

We have been banking with FNB as an Organisation for over 30+ years with 5 accounts in our name with the bank. We received a Notification regarding FICA November 2014 to send documents pertaining to our Board of Trustees which we needed to send to Simington & De Kok which we did. Simington and De Kok inern said that once they receive all the documents they call one of our signatories with a questionnaire once that is complete they revert the matter to FNB to raise the block and then the account will be open within 72 hours. Our accpunt then got blocked about 3 weeks ago and FNB KYC decision has been giving us the run around. We needed o send documents to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] [Email Removed] We have sent documents to all these emails yet still \they"FNB KYC cannot assist they will not even let you speak with a manager. I then called complaints who inturn says that they have been told to hands off this survey and just log a complaint should somebody call regarding this campaign. We have got employees salaries that needed to be paid. But we cannot access any of our accounts due to incompetence within FNB. We as an organisation is moving bank asap."""
