Business Account frozen

On December 19, 2024, I discovered that my business account had been frozen without any prior notice. I visited the branch for assistance and called the ***** line, but the ***** department couldn't help because my account had been flagged by an analyst named Enerst. He is the only person who can resolve this issue, yet neither he nor his manager were available. This total lack of communication is completely unacceptable. I demand a clear explanation and the immediate release of my funds so I can close this account.
