Business account frozen

In May this year I as a trustee of a trust received a email requesting new documents for the trust. These were for the donor who passed away in 1994 and 2 other past trustees. One of which is also deceased the other no longer a trustee. <br> All this due to apperant new fica regulations. There are currently only 2 trustees active (one of which is myself) and the other away on holiday. <br> Up to now we have comp**** to all fica regulations. To be able to get the latest document it involves both trustees and department of home affairs. The trust also has certain obligations, one being looking after the affairs of the donors daughter in law who is currently seriously ill in hospital. <br> Last week, the accounts were frozen without warning or notification. Thus affecting monthly debit orders to Discovery Health and Mrs Margaret van Reenen. <br> The local FNB branch in Knysna have been handling the case since the request for new docs was made but seem to be overridden by Fica.<br> I have had fantastic service from Knysna and they are trying there best to assist. However the person (Nonhlanhla Seaga) the KFC Administrator from premium business and commercial banking has not even rep**** .
