Business Account *****

Good day, I've gone into a branch to remove a signatory from my business account and FNB tells me they cannot assist me unless the person comes with me into the branch. The individual has refused knowing well we still have contracts running. Now my trouble is this individuals was added as signatory while on the capacity of director of my company which he is now nolonger. Funds are coming into my business account (I know this because my clients send remittance notices) and this former director of my company is using those funds ********ly. FNB Riverside has said they cannot help me and I'm frustrated because I have to account for these funds and I don't even have control over them.
