Business account for ''Mom's Hatchery''
I'm amazed at the incompetence displayed by FNB honestly. I app**** for a business account for my business (Mom's Hatchery) , and was told it would take about 3 days, it's now going on 4 weeks. I've been sent from pillar to post, to the branch and back, and when I get to the branch I'm told this could've been done over the phone by the same call centre that sent me there, I didn't have to come. There's no communication at all, I have to keep following after them, only to get told they can't call me to the authenticate me because they have issues with their phones... I'm stunned. So now I don't know how to proceed

14 Jun 2020, 21:57Going on week 5 now and still waiting for a simple account to be opened, I submitted everything I was asked to, and all I'm asking is that someone call my business partner to authenticate him like they did me, but it's not happening. I've offered to call in so he can get authenticated but got no response, all I'm asking for is a business account pleeeeease.
I've overlooked so much incompetence from fnb because I genuinely loved the bank but this whole experience has swayed my thoughts on the brand as a whole
