Business Account *****

Fnb ***** Division is pathetic to say the least. I reported 4 instances of ***** on my FNB business account on 15 Sept 2024. These transactions all took place between 11.04 and 11.10 on Sat evening 14 Sept as a result of my cellphone being ****** and the *****ster got access to my account. After numerous emails send to the person opened the case and the appointed investigator to date I haven't received any form of response. Its almos month end and now my records shows a shortfall of total of R34000 that was ****** - I would like to know how long it will still take for this money to be refunded?? To add to this I had to cancel my fnb app, and cancel all my cards. My business debit card was supposed to be delivered Thursday 19 September, I'm still waiting. There is a lot of money going through my account but after this raw deal i strongly feel to move my business to another Bank.....

FBN has responded, however Iam not satisfied with the progress of the investigation.....Once again I had to send several e-mails before I eventually received a response. Once again, I was not satisfied with the responce. I been told that FNB received a partial recovery for the R5000 that were transferred to a Std Bank account they received R162, what a joke. Nothing has been said about the other 2 x R9000's and R10000 that has also been ******. I have now been told I need to wait untill Wednesday to see if FNB will refund me something as "Goodwill" I also had a loss at my previous bank where R100k was ****** from my credit card for which I waited 7 days to be refunded now with FNB we going for 4 weeks.
When confronted FNB why Iam not get refunded the full amount, the responce received was that I possibly saved my login password on my device and the *****sters got access to my account. So by saying that, FNB works on assumptions when doing their investigations, I will never do that, FNB need to proof to me that my password was stored on my device. FNB also confirmed that I did not have my device locked....I haven't used my device for almost an hour before I noticed that it was ******. They need to proof to me that it was not locked and which policy states that its a requirement to have a biometrics password or 2nd pin ect.......it.just indicates how unsecure the FNB appis if someone can get easy access to a persons account......I inssist on a full tefund of R33 000from FNB by Wednesday (The R162 can be used towards FNB's xmas fund) as I going to move my personal account, savings accounts and business account back to my previous bank.
