BUSINESS ACCOUNT CLOSURE NIGHTMARE

I visited FNB Lambton Branch on 18 March 2022 and requested that my business account be closed. As I type this review, the account is still active. I went back to the branch twice, called the consultant who assisted numerous times, and even called the call center but the account is still active. My REF is ***.
