BUSINESS ACCOUNT CLOSURE

I was chatting to a Nonhlanhla on the secure chat trying to CLOSE my business account. She asked i confirm my ID number, company name etc and suddenly ended the chat without reason!!! Close my business account NOW before i go to the ombudsman!!!
