Business account closure and downgrade of account from premium to gold

I went to Wonderpark FNB to close my business account because theres no more money coming in and the consulatnt said she has sent the documents and they will close it even now the account is not closed and its still accumulating fees. I also asked for degrading of my account from premium to gold even now nothing has been done. This is the most useless bank I reported this to twitter and no response - you must just close that twitter account because is useless to south africans Whoever is reading this please action this urgently because im affected by covid19 I need my business account to be closed and please i must credited the fees that accumulated from the day i went to worderpark FNB so you must check your exactus when last did i visit the branch it should be early May to apply for closure of account im not responsible for any amount accumulated after that date.
