Business account closed without notice

I called the call center and was informed this was due to inactivity for over 3 months. However the last time I used the account was in mid January 2019 money was deposited into this account. How am I supposed to get paid now? This is rather upsetting considering FNB didn't send me any notification in any form to say my account would be closed and 3 months of inactivity hasn't lapsed either. We've registered this specific account for a business deal and also use it for a trading account and are expecting payment today. This is causing a lot of frustration and quite frankly I'm disappointed at the lack of communication and no help in this matter. I reported this matter to FNB through it's call center, online banking complain option, twitter and Facebook and each time they say someone will call me to try resolve this issue, but till today no one has bothered calling me. I need the same business account number and need it to be active. I need this account to be active and opened with immediate effect as there is a payment that I am expecting. Closing an account without a warning and notification is really unprofessional for a bank that claims are the best in the industry. Disappointing guys, really :-(
