Business Account closed due toe Fica!!!

<p>Ive been banking with FNB the past 5 years. I have always been with ABSA ut decided to pen a business account with FNB beacause of their good recomendstions. But a month ago they send me per sms that I need to FICA my account otherwise they will close it, sms also states that I can upload it on my internet banking,,so yesterday they closed my business account because they dont have my documentation!!!!! Phoned them, no they have everything it is a fault on their side. This morning it is still closed. Phoned again no they need my proof of address, yesterday they cofirmed that they have it but ths morning it is another story. I havent been home in more than a month but I now have to go in to the bank and personally hand it it. My question is who the hell will open the bank at 4 in the morning because that is when I will have to go to the bank. My business is standing still because of this so who will be for blame for loss of income or who can I take this mater up legally! Fed up because of their lack of competince. Rather spend money on your taff than your constent andverti*****ts! Moving my account ASAP #GATVOL</p>
