Business Account closed

<p>i was referred to FNB business by a good friend of mine however my experience with them is shocking.</p> <p>I initially opened a business account for our Private Company, it wasnot smooth sailing I have to call for feedback.I receive request for documents that I had already sent.The final straw was when we lost a proposal because our trading name was one that wasnot accepted by CIPC.The account was closed, unfortunate for us.</p> <p> </p> <p>Recently when we again approached them to assist us with a business for our business account for our NPO.I sent the IDs as requested and the card was delivered very fast, however when I attempted the Internet banking it did not permit.I received a vague e mail about documents outstanding I called I was informed about an extract of minutes and a constitution which we sent.Only to be sent forms and advised to resubmit ids as the ones provided were not clear. i printed the forms last week for our members to sign , however a day later I received an sms informing me that the account was closed.I woke up to the branch and informed of the same thing and I was advised that we need to restart the process.Im livid and this is unacceptable as were in the process of closing a deal that we might lose once more due to incompetence, were racing against time.The account was officially opened around December and closed just a day after I received some forms that someone missed to mention , I'm unfortunately not taking this one lightly because we chose FNB for convienance.</p>
