Business Account blocked, Private Wealth Banker never available

My business account was blocked without my knowledge, the investigator assigned on the case is Bilal Mia whom I have been struggling to get on the phone. When I call the ***** line the number says it has been decommissioned. When I try to call his team leader Yoliswa Doyisa the line is not going through. I'm now left with an account I can't access nor given information on why it is blocked.

The Private Wealth Banker I'm assigned to is never available on the phone. Surely FNB doesn't value it's customers, I can't be paying so much for services that are not available to me. Fix this urgently
