Business account blocked - Fica

Notification to upload Fica docs received 2 days ago. Accounted blocked 2 days later. I am abroad and it it very difficult to attend to matters such as these at the last minute... ON A BUSINESS ACCOUNT ESPECIALLY this should be done well in advance sure you are able to delegate staff to call clients to remind them. What do we pay for?

My documents were uploaded as mentioned I am not in SA this needs to be addressed and resolved as a matter of urgency.
