BUSINESS ACCOUNT BLOCKED!

Have an business account with FNB. Marc Chetty, Investigator , Foreign Exchange for some Reason has decided that i should not continue with business and put my account on hold. I was advised that FNB is the best when it comes to Business accounts. But my experience is anything but! My account has been on hold, he requested documents from us which we provided, but hes yet to unblock the account, and no explanation for the delay. Im very busy and i cant be stressing about blocked accounts because Marc does not care about customer service. To be honest i feel like im being taken advantage of. Can someone please advise as to when my account will be active so i can continue with my business!!
