Business Acc. clients more important REALLY?
I have banked with FNB for sometime now and so is my family. I require a letter from the bank with my physical address and a brief letter stating how long i have been with the bank and that i have kept my account in a good standard, or something to that affect. As i need that to open another account as per my companies policy. Very simple right? APPARENTLY NOT! when going to the bank in SANDTON CITY i was told by customer care, \sorry we only provide that for our business banking clients"Really"
