bus account suspended for over a week

This is my second complaint now - I have a PTY ltd and am a platinum acc holder. My acc has been suspended as I have not supp**** fnb with my annual financial statements. I was approached by a team of lawyers and Unathi advised me to ignore the email and only send 3 docs which I did last year. This year my acc was suspended as I did not send the full list of docs. I am also not comfortable supplying annual financial statements as I do not see why this is related to fica when i have been with you for more than 2 years and it is an invasion of privacy please show me where in your t&c's this is a requirement? you have suspended my acc, i went to the branch, supp**** the docs to Moernif at Cresta on tuesday last week who did nothing. KYCFREEZE contacted me and I emailed again, mailbox full. your call centre cannot take calls due to high call volumes. my account is inaccessible and I cannot operate a business like this. How can you treat your business clients like this at financial year end when we need to access instant account for fin year and and I have not been able to operate my business pay suppliers this is highly embarrassing I'm taking this to the newspapers as I've HAD ENOUGH
