Bursary Issues
PB&A Learning and Development Division - FNB
This division of FNB issues bursary letters to their employees, with employment contracts. There is no contact details on their letters for the actual person who is working with the payment of the bursaries.
We have 3 students that has been enrolled, in Feb 2024, but we still have had no payment. The students are not communicating and the person who signed the bursary letters is not reachable or answers any emails.
I have contacted several people who provided me with details on people that might assist, but all this information has lead to nothing at all.
This is not a good practice from FNB's side.

22 May 2024, 11:27A very rude person phoned me from FNB - Please can you provide me with the details of the HEAD of the HR division. I am not going to stand for this. I do not care if this is not where you handle these enquiries - people need to know, what type of people work at FNB. Tammy, who phoned me promised me an email with contact details and I am still waiting on this email. Your services is not good.
