Bureaucracy and money grabbing

What is the point of being a private wealth client? The private banker is never available. My accounts have now all been blocked because the bureaucracy and money grabbing attempts to get cards delivered to me are a joke and have failed to result in any cards. You can't book a date for your cards to be delivered because then you want to charge me, you ask for an address, but then I am at your mercy as to when you deliver which means the address may not be effective. I am now at the point where I might as well just move to Investec. Why is it so difficult!!!! When did the client have to beg and plead, when did the bank forget who is the client?
