BUNCH OF *******

I finished paying off my arrears amount on my personal loan last year already. I was paying the arrears amount and the normal installment, to my surprise FNB is now debiting 2 amounts for this personal loan of which I did not authorize. Getting them to refund me is now a process. What am I supposed to eat in the mean time while they are taking forever to pay back my money?
