BUNCH OF ****S AND *******

Where on Earth do I begin. 1. I’ve been trying to get my money back from FNB. They chat the secure chat when I chat to an agent regarding my, what I thought was R16000, after reporting them to the ombudsman, the day before they had to give them feedback, a very kind gentleman by the name of Sheldon had called me, he even picked up a further R5000, as all where from the same merchant. He was kind enough to replace the R6072, that famished overnight from my credit card. But had informed me that they would take 30 days to get back to me regarding the R21000. What peeves me off the most, they **** to the ombudsman that the issue was resolved. 2. I then see a future R736 has been taken from my Cheque account. Once again I had to contact FNB, on the 21st of February I had chatted to a consultant, eventually, she had promise it would stopped & a refund request had been made. About a week later I then called & the gentleman I spoke to said that the debit order which I had paid in full was removed & that they were experiencing a backlog of refunds as FNB had double debited a lot of people’s accounts in December. 3. On 8th January i decided that I rather make a payment into my Credit Card. Once again FNB deducts R721.57 as soon as I make payment & it says “interest”. I’ve never ever before had to pay so much interest on credit card.

My dad has been in & out of hospital since 10th November from having multiple brain strokes. I explained all of this, of course FNB shouldn’t care, even when I told them that I need my accounts sorted out. So now, what’s the next step, do I also sue FNB for falsely reporting to the ombudsman that they had resolved my issue? Do I sue them for having to deal with all of this while my dad was in hospital? I have even sent pictures of my dad in coma & explained if they could please sort this out but nobody had gotten back to me. Or do I just build a case with every single person who they have ever ****** money from & we get Carte Blanch to do an expose on them???? I can gladly do it on my own because I already have enough proof against FNB & I have over a dozen family & friends who closed their bank accounts with FNB for the same thing.

And yet nobody has attempted to contact me again. I’ll be submitting everything once again to the ombudsman & informing them that you have falsely stated that my issue has been resolved in December when it wasn’t. You have had over a month as requested to sort this out as you said that you needed to do an investigation into this. I have supp**** ample evidence of this discrepancy. And your own staff member had picked up an additional R5000 which I also sent proof of but once again you didn’t do anything. Until this matter isn’t resolved I will not be paying my credit card or loan.
