I am so fustrated with fnb. I have settled my personal loan last week already. The best is my account balance was less than the settlement amount they gave. But still inpaid it to get the account closed.

Now today an installment went off on my account for the personal loan.

I mean what the f***.

What is the point i closed it than????

You guys are pathetic. I can not wait to move over to a different bank.
