Bunch of ****mers

My account went on a minus of R723,95, THEN MY ITEMPAID charges amounted to R925 yet i was told that per a R100 FNB charges R47. How can the total charge be R925 charges for R723.95 its even more than 100% charge in the amount it went in a minus with. every month there are these charges on my fnb account i always have to scrutinize the charges aadded on my accoount have to call in and fight. FNB needs to do better
