Bunch of imbeciles that can’t close accounts

The most useless *********** bunch of imbeciles! I am trying to close my accounts with FNB. 3 of them. This is close to impossible . With borderline clueless call centre personnel that’s only response is to : send a mail. I’ve now waited for 3 days , my accounts are still open. The one loan said I owned R14,90. I paid it. Checked this morning , it’s reflecting , still can’t close it. Still tells me I we R14,90. My credit card, can’t close it even though it’s paid up, I have to send mails here and there cause no one can do it.
